Foam comfort, without the guesswork
A warm bedroom, sore shoulders, or a partner’s restless turns can make a bed feel like the wrong fit fast. A Full Size Memory Foam Mattress can absorb movement and contour around pressure points, but foam thickness, cooling features, and support still vary across models. The six picks here range from 6 to 10 inches, with options that highlight green tea or gel infusions, pressure relief, and different levels of profile height.
After carefully analyzing the listed product specifications, we’ve kept the comparisons grounded in what each maker actually states. The collection includes CertiPUR-US certified foam in several models, plus an OEKO-TEX certified cover on the GAESTE 10-inch option. Those details can help narrow a shortlist, but they don’t establish the feel of a mattress for every sleeper. Foam may also feel less buoyant than a coil or latex bed, and these listings don’t provide coil systems, foam-density figures, edge-support details, sleep-trial terms, or a stated fiberglass-free barrier for every model. For other sleep-position considerations, see our guide to mattresses for stomach sleepers and our mattress comfort guide.
Match the height and feel to your bed frame and sleeping habits, rather than assuming every medium or medium-firm label feels identical. The 10-inch GAESTE gives you more overall profile than the 6-inch Zinus models, while the twin EGOHOME is not a full-size mattress despite appearing in this list. Check the current listing for return terms, setup guidance, and foundation compatibility before ordering, especially if you’re furnishing a shared bedroom or guest space.

FAQs
Which of these mattresses is actually full size?
Five listings are full size; the EGOHOME Twin Mattress 8 Inch is twin size. The GAESTE full listings specify dimensions of 75 by 54 inches, so confirm the size selector on the product page before purchase.
Does cooling gel keep memory foam cool all night?
Cooling gel is a feature, not a guarantee of temperature-neutral sleep. GAESTE describes gel-infused foam, while EGOHOME and Zinus list green tea or cooling gel features; room temperature, bedding, and individual heat sensitivity also affect comfort.
Which mattress offers the most pressure relief?
All listed models describe pressure-relieving or contouring foam, but no comparative pressure measurements are provided. The GAESTE 10-inch model specifically highlights shoulder, hip, and back pressure relief, while Zinus lists layered foam construction in its 6-inch options.
Are these mattresses suitable for side sleepers?
They may suit some side sleepers because memory foam contours around the body, but the listings don’t provide standardized firmness scores on a 1-to-10 scale. Consider your shoulder and hip pressure needs, and check the retailer’s current return policy before buying.
How long should a boxed mattress expand before use?
Allow up to 72 hours for the GAESTE mattresses to expand, according to their product information. Zinus says its mattresses may need 24 to 72 hours, with colder rooms sometimes slowing expansion.
Are these mattresses certified and fiberglass-free?
Several listings specify CertiPUR-US certified foam, and GAESTE lists an OEKO-TEX certified cover. The supplied details don’t confirm a fiberglass-free fire barrier for every mattress, so check the individual listing or ask the seller about its cover and fire-barrier materials.
Can I use a foam mattress on a platform frame?
GAESTE says its full mattresses work with most full-size frames, box springs, or platforms. For any model, confirm the frame’s size and support requirements in the current product information; adjustable-base compatibility isn’t specified in the provided details.
