Heat, pressure, and restless partners can make a mattress feel like the wrong fit.
A mattress should cushion pressure points without letting your hips sink out of line, and it should feel comfortable through warm nights and a partner’s tossing. This comparison of novaform 14 comfort grande queen evencor gelplus memory foam mattress options focuses on what the available product details actually say, including foam construction, cooling features, stated certifications, setup, and return protection. The three choices are all-foam beds, so expect contouring and motion absorption rather than the springy response of a coil hybrid.
The Novilla Bliss Queen Size Mattress offers a 12-inch, three-layer gel memory foam build, CertiPUR-US certified foam, a 100-day trial, and a 10-year protection period. The 14-inch Novaform model lists plush, medium, and firm options, which gives shoppers more choice, while MLILY’s EGOHOME lists a graphene cooling cover, medium-firm positioning, and a 10-year limited warranty. Its listing says opened mattresses cannot be returned, a meaningful tradeoff if you’re unsure about the feel. None of the supplied details gives a standardized firmness number, so don’t assume a particular 1-10 rating.
These specifications can help narrow the field, but they don’t establish that any bed will relieve pain or sleep cool for every body. Check the current listing for foundation compatibility, full terms, and sizing before ordering. - All-foam construction lacks the firm perimeter sitting edge stability found in reinforced hybrids.
FAQs
Do these memory foam mattresses have a published firmness rating?
No, the supplied product details don’t provide numerical ratings on the standard 1-10 firmness scale. Novaform lists plush, medium, and firm choices, while EGOHOME is described as medium firm. Confirm the selected feel and current model details before purchase.
Can gel foam keep a hot sleeper cool all night?
No mattress feature guarantees an all-night cool feel. Novilla describes gel memory foam and a breathable knitted cover, Novaform highlights gel-pearl foam, and EGOHOME lists a graphene cooling cover. These are manufacturer-stated features, not comparative heat-test results.
Will memory foam reduce movement from a restless partner?
Memory foam is designed to contour rather than bounce like an innerspring, and Novilla specifically describes its layered construction as absorbing motion. That may suit couples seeking less movement transfer, though the provided details don’t include measured motion-isolation results.
Which option has a sleep trial, and can an opened EGOHOME mattress be returned?
Novilla lists a 100-day free trial, while the EGOHOME listing says there is no trial period and opened mattresses cannot be returned. The supplied Novaform details don’t state a trial policy. Check the current seller terms before unboxing, since return rules can affect your purchase decision.
Are the foam materials certified, and is fiberglass-free construction confirmed?
Novilla and EGOHOME list CertiPUR-US certified foam. EGOHOME also describes an inner fire-retardant layer without fiberglass, while the supplied Novaform details don’t specify its fire barrier. Certification and fire-barrier claims apply only as stated in each product listing; verify the exact model before ordering.
How long should these boxed mattresses take to expand?
Novilla says its compressed mattress typically regains its shape within 72 hours, and EGOHOME advises allowing 12 hours to expand. The supplied Novaform details don’t give an expansion period. Follow the instructions delivered with your mattress, and review this foam and hybrid mattress comparison if you’re weighing all-foam contouring against a more responsive build.
